We will assess your property to confirm that its eligibility for a preapproved ADU and  provide consultation based on findings. This also includes a video conference to discuss details about ADU process, plans, and site planning. In person site visits are available and included in this fee if the property where the ADU will be located is in Santa Clara County, California.
